Rental Policies

  • All rentals must be paid in full before delivery.
  • All campers are NON-SMOKING. If you smoke in them, you will be charged a $250.00
  • fee for the additional cleaning and sanitizing that it will cost to remedy the camper.
  • Most of the campers are Pet Friendly. You will be required to pay a $125 pet fee for you
  • pet to camp with you. That fee is for the 1 st animal. Additional are $50 per animal.
  • No pets allowed without paying Pet Fee. If you are caught with an animal without paying a Pet Fee, you will be charged $500.00 automatically for failing to pay and the additional cleaning and sanitizing it will take to remove the remnants of the animal.
  • All check in times are based off the Campground that you rent from. If their check-in time is 4pm, then that’s the time you can go and know the camper is ready. 
  • Your check out time will be Noon on the day you check out unless other arrangements have been made with us.
  • You may not exceed the recommended number of people allowed in the camper.
  • If you cause any problems in the campground you are staying in and are asked to leave by the camp host or by any officer of the law, then you will immediately forfeit the camper back to me, and will forfeit all money that has been paid to said rental at that moment.
  • You will be held responsible for all damage caused to the camper by yourself, family or friends that visit you at the campground. If damages occur you will be notified, and your credit card will be charged immediately. Failure to pay for damages will result in legal action, and you will be responsible for all associated court costs and fees.
  • You are not allowed to move the camper once it’s set up. The camper will remain
    where we parked it for the duration of your stay. If it’s an emergency and the camper were to be in the way of Rescue Personnel, then it may be moved. 
  • If you remove any items from the camper that do not belong to you, you will be held financially responsible for those items.
  • Failure to pay may result in legal action. You will be responsible for all associated court costs and fees. 
  • All campers come equipped with the following items:
    o Linens
    o Towels
    o Cookware
    o Dishes
    o Utensils
    o Dish soap
    o Hand soap
    o Paper Products
    o Lawn chairs
    o Weenie forks
  • If you should need anything additional for your stay, please ask. We will do our best to meet your needs.
  • We do have for an additional fee: 
    Blackstone grill with propane/ $50 for duration of your stay.
